MY MISSION

Rimrock Collective is a creative media company based in central Oregon.

My name is Joe Cima.

My goal is to help individuals and their brands communicate in a purposeful way.

I’ve been in the professional production field for over ten years now. I’ve had the opportunity of working in many different capacities, to help tell stories and make clients visions come to life. I have ten years of professional field and post-production experience; I’ve worked as in freelance, commercial, local TV, news and national TV setting. In 2017 I was the recipient of an Emmy Award for a commercial campaign produced for a local news network. Short videos for social media, long films, professional photography…whatever your production needs are, I am capable. I’ve helped develop brands/companies, worked on every type of graphic design and managed multiple social media platforms. My photography and graphic design has been featured in national print publications and product packaging, as well on national TV.
